How to create an account in INDICO?
So please create a local indico (agenda) account at https://agenda.infn.it/register/
then login "if outside of INFN as external user with an INFN indico account" using the chosen username and password. INFN personnel should use INFN email.
After you are registered please send mail and inform here.
